If I attack with Greven, Predator Captain and Ilharg, the Raze-Boar can I "stack" their abilities to allow me to put a creature into play with Ilharg, the Raze-Boar first to then sacrifice to Greven, Predator Captain ability?
My spidey senses says no, but want to make sure.

Sure you can. You only choose which creature to sacrifice and whether to sacrifice it when Greven's ability resolves; it's not the cost of an activated ability, but part of the effect of a triggered ability. Therefore, if you put a creature onto the battlefield somehow before the ability resolves, you're free to sacrifice it to the ability.
