Orazca Cartographer: I like it. Simple, good rate. Interesting for limited especially, with instant speed exploring as a combat trick which may or may not help you win a fight.
Withering Swarm: I do like this idea. Definitely good utility and something I could see being sweet in constructed. I am worried that hands you draw multiples, the damage stacks up too quickly (giving them 2 wastes and dealing 4 in the upkeep is pretty big, not to mention dealing 9 or 16 if you happen to draw 3 or 4). I'd want to rebalance that somehow, but not sure the best way.
Zhalfirin Realmseeker: This is cute. Really good flavor. Might need a mana or two to balance the activated ability? Or it might be fine and I'm overestimating the power level.
Riot Stoker: This is fun! Great commander design.
Jaddi Vinetender: interesting mix of abilities. Not sure how I feel about this honestly. It feels a little weird it can kill fliers but doesn't have reach.
Home Veller: While I don't actually like this design much, it does feel like something Wizards would print nowadays. Being a Mythic that is just a 2/1 flash for 2 if your opponent isn't playing counterspells is a feelbad though.
Swift Armed Knight: well you certainly followed the challenge rules about "utility." A little too much going on here for me. And geez this guy has a lot of arms.

I would give winner to spacemonaut but the post is missing an iiw. Sooo

Whenever I see cards aimed towards limited I have to question them if they're absolutely miserable to play against, and this would be. You usually have to invest multiple cards into the lure/deathtouch combo and that's not even where the abilities stop.

There's not the most new technology here. I don't love when a card looks incredibly awkward by itself, and with a forced attack and a trigger that will most frequently happen after it's dealt combat damage pumping its power, this one does.
