If it were legal Kind seems more fun than I can imagine Mind ever being. I have a Glissa build and still can't bring myself to include it, it's just feelbad.
On that topic though...

Eenie-meenie-Em-ra-kul
Grab her by the ten-ta-cle
If she's banned, let her go
Eenie-meenie-Em-ra-kul

(It's been a long day :P ). As an actual answer, I'd go for Emrakul. If I'm playing it, I prefer it as the more powerful and direct effect, even if it doesn't repeat itself. If I'm playing against it, I prefer it because it doesn't repeat itself.

Depends if i am going for the exile cleric, though would probably bank on the angel as I get a 3/4 flying body too.

I haven't had the pleasure of playing with Kindslaver, but it looks fun. I have to go with Mindslaver though because I'm a control freak.

I would choose the Teferi's protection in the other case because it helps against cards like Ugin, the Spirit dragon and Merciless Eviction. In the most recent choosing, I would pick the Guardian Beast because the card looks all cool and spooky in the art. I have played with neither card, however.

Expedite. It's way better in Feather, because it draws a card.

Merciless Eviction due to being less color intensive, not limited to creatures and can hit where it hits you least.

I haven't actually played Ghostform in commander, whereas I have played Diplomatic Immunity. But that's just because of the age difference, I think Kaya's Ghostform has more applications than Diplomatic Immunity.

Norn's Annex for sure. Taxing your opponents for attacking you sounds much better than skipping your turn in order to not be attacked (and giving your opponents the same option).

Archangel. As strong as the Annex is, the Angel is a two pronged weapon, both offensive and defensive, which edges out the Annex.

Dig Through Time; that it puts one less card into hand and (potentially) costs one more mana is well worth the flexibility of it being instant and that it digs so much deeper for whatever you're after. Also, although it's a niche scenario, it gets around cards like Spirit of the Labyrinth or Narset, Parter of Veils.
However, I think I'd favour Dig Through Time in a dedicated Storm deck, as the extra mana becomes quite important and redundancy of effects means you're likely to draw what you need in the first three anyway.

I'm a big stan for Shattering Spree. When it matters, it's also effectively uncounterable. I also like it more than Vandalblast since it's only worse at 5 cmc.

Arachnogenesis is actually my pick. Its gives you an army to play with afterwards, and if you have a way to give them all deathtouch (Maybe running archetype of finality) you are also taking out an army.

Mana Confluence, because of stuff like Chromatic Lantern and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. That pair made me think of this pair:

Gilded Lotus, though the more unfair your deck is, the more likely you are to favor Lotus Bloom. Emry's gonna love that card.

Queen Marchesa! Mainly because I do love monarch as a mechanic. The black rose is a powerful commander though, her deck is crazy.

Finally a worthy challenger for K-Grip!
Still gotta give it to the Grip by a nose however. Split-second is just a ridiculously overpowered mechanic.

Orb. Decks that get hosed by these things will kill them as soon as possible, and it's a lot easier to get rid of creatures than artifacts.

Aberration, it's killed me too many times for me to pick something else, haha.
As for the question before that, I definitely would go for the Gryff. Flash is just such a great addition to it because you just cast it in response to a big threat... like craterhoof.

Ghired, for the added color and the token entering the battlefield when the commander does. Rhys can be put into the 99 no problem, but not the reverse.

Kykar. I think there's something more interesting going on there (I do think Feather is basically telegraphed cantrip-into-combo land). I also like the idea of a token generator in Jeskai for stuff like Jeskai Ascendancy.

And now, for the classic battle:
