If I use Reversal of Fortune to copy a See the Truth in an opponent's hand I get the bonus of See the Truth because I didn't cast the copy from MY hand, Is this correct?

This is correct - you cast See the Truth from an opponent's hand (and not your own hand), so you'll draw three cards.
