Hi, I have Hero's Blade on the field. Use Zurgo Bellstriker dash abiility. Try to use the free equip ability of Hero's Blade on Zurgo. Is there a chance for the opponent to cast lightning strike, so that Zurgo is put to the grave before he can equip the blade?

Yes. Hero's Blade has a triggered ability that your opponent may respond to.
