At the beginning of combat on your turn, create a 1/1 red Goblin creature token. When you do, tap up to X target permanents, where X is the number of Goblins you control.
Whenever Lavinia and Krenko deals combat damage to a player, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature, put two stun counters on target permanent, and Lavinia and Krenko deals 3 damage to target player or battle.

The idea here is to planeshift a permanent, similar to the planeshifted/colorshifted cards from Planar Chaos.
The card itself is somewhat of a colorshift of Vanishing Verse with a Neoform spin to it.

IIW: New colorshift of an existing card, in a way that works in its new color identity.
