Welcome to the Card Creation League! Everyone is free to participate in either or both of the first two rounds. Come join us!

Theme

It's Equalizing Month here at the CCL, where we'll be exploring things that are the same as other things or that equalize their values to other things.

Challenge

Design a common or uncommon creature card with "square" power and toughness - i.e. non-variable P/T that are the same number.

• Rounds 1 and 2 Critiques (Due September 18th)
• Top 6 — Open to top 6 finishers (September 19th-22nd)
• Top 6 Critiques (Due September 24th)
• Top 4 — Open to top 4 finishers (September 25th-28th)
• Top 4 Critiques (Due September 30th)
• Final (October, winner determined by public poll)

Please note: For this month we will continue asking first and second round contestants to evaluate seven other contestants during the critique and top 3 period, in order to increase the total number of evaluations each contestant gets.

To much time living in the cities left some devils lazy. Only the smell of charged flesh seems to peak their interest.

MonoRedMage: Solid, explosive card that has power.

kwanyeegor-ii: Solid and fun scrying card to play.

KB52665: Flanking could use reminder text, but not too bad overall. Opens up a path for an all out blitz.

Komandon: Intriguing design with the one mana 2/2. Fits the color pie nicely.

netn10: This could get really strong really quickly in modular decks.
