Target creature gets -4/-4 until end of turn. If an Angel is targeted this way, its controller creates a black Void enchantment token with "You can't gain life". If a Phoenix is targeted this way, its controller creates a blue Vortex enchantment token with "Whenever you cast a spell from your graveyard, or an ability of a card in your graveyard is activated or triggered, counter that spell or ability."
Even the brightest wings can be clipped, whether granted by divine radiance or crackling flame.
