Welcome to the Card Creation League! Everyone is free to participate in either or both of the first two rounds. Come join us!

Theme

It's Missing Out Month here in the CCL. Designs this month will be themed around the idea of something being missing.

Challenge

Design each of the following:

• A creature card that can't attack, can't block, or both.
• A creature card with power and/or toughness less than 0.
• A planeswalker card with starting loyalty that isn't a constant.
• A planeswalker card with two or fewer loyalty abilities.

• You should design exactly four cards, one fitting each of the challenges, although it's not an issue if a card happens to also fit another challenge as long as you have an additional card to meet that one.
• The first card must not be able to either attack, block, or both under any circumstances barring outside effects - this means any card with defender, Aesthir Glider, or Vigean Hydropon all fit, for example, but cards with shadow or Craven Hulk don't.
• The second card must have either negative starting power or starting toughness, meaning at least one of those values must be a printed negative number and not a variable.
• The third card can have any kind of variable determining its starting loyalty.
• The fourth card can have any number of abilities that aren't loyalty abilities.
• Make sure to include a rarity.

Please note: For this month we will continue asking first and second round contestants to evaluate seven other contestants during the critique and top 3 period, in order to increase the total number of evaluations each contestant gets.

Constellation — Whenever Embracing Alseid or another enchantment enters the battlefield under your control, you may return another permanent you control that shares a permanent type with it to its owner's hand.
Bestow 1WW (If you cast this card for its bestow cost, it's an Aura spell with enchant creature. It becomes a creature again if it's not attached to a creature.)

Then, if the permanent that died was a planeswalker, put two +1/+1 counters on that token and two loyalty counters on Tibalt. (Tibalt only gets loyalty counters if he's still on the battlefield.)
-X: Tibalt the Despised deals X damage to any target.
