Casual Black Magic
I think he's one of the best Magic writers around, so I'm looking forward to seeing his analytical take on casual play.

Read the article and checked out his commander cube.
I'm never going to remember that site though- that's the trouble with articles vs forums.

I haven't seriously read Magic columns in a long, long time, but I'll check back in every now and then. There's a serious dearth of written content about the more complex aspects of EDH (and in particular non-cEDH) play and I'm genuinely happy that void is being filled. Maybe now people will play more lands.

Sam Black. It isn't.
He's a pretty famous competitive player. Lots of controversy but he is a brilliant mind around Magic for sure.

His greatest sin is MH2.
I'm not defending his scummy behavior, but in terms of Magic controversies it's pretty tame. Our community is improving, but yeesh, the old guard. That said, I'm just looking to get what I can put his analysis.

He's written about EDH before, https://articles.starcitygames.com/arti ... ke-on-edh/
That was actually the reason I bought a Phyrexian Altar for two bucks, so reading that article certainly proved valuable.
