Mishra, Tamer of Mak Fawa
Golden Argosy

If I unearth a creature with Mishra and then I crew it with the Golden Argosy when it goes into exile does it stay in exile or come back with the Golden Argosy's ability?

The unearthed creatures will return at end of turn. Unearthed permanents have a replacement effect applied to send them to exile instead of other zones when they leave the battlefield... but in this case, they're already headed to exile. As a result, the replacement effect does nothing, and Golden Argosy can still find them in the expected zone.

Yes. It applies to all exile-then-return effects, including Ghostly Flicker and Oblivion Ring.
