Im trying to figure out something for a w/b deck in commander. Is Brutal Cathar // Moonrage Brute just white or is it white red for color identity purposes. the mana symbols are of course white but the back of the card is red. Im figuring its probably boros but am unsure since mana symbol usually denotes what color it would be for deckbuilding purposes.

CR 903.4d says "The back face of a double-faced card (see rule 712) is included when determining a card's color identity." Brutal Cathar // Moonrage Brute's color identity is red and white.
