let's wrap this up

Nightcrawler B
Legendary Creature - Mutant Rogue (R)
Nightcrawler enters the battlefield with an X-gene counter on it.
Remove an X-gene counter from Nightcrawler: You may have Nightcrawler phase out. Otherwise, if it's blocked, it becomes unblocked.

Quicksilver
Legendary Creature - Mutant (R)
This card starts the game outside your deck. After you keep your starting hand, put a random card from it on the bottom of your library, and this card in your hand.
2/1
IIW: above water
I like Nightcrawler, though "becomes unblocked" is maybe tricky. Could see a set with X-gene counters. Quicksilver is an interesting companion-like mechanic where the random card you have to trade out could potentially lower your hand quality. It's not strict upside. I kind of like that?

Pictures of Spiderman 1
Artifact- Treasure Clue (U)
Pictures of Spiderman enters the battlefield tapped.
T, Sacrifice Pictures of Spiderman: Add one mana of any color.
2,T, Sacrifice Pictures of Spiderman: Draw a card.
"Here's your headline: 'The Menace Returns'."
Uncover the Identity 1U
Sorcery (U)
Look at the top card of each player's library. You may have any number of target players mill 1. Draw a card.
"Mr. Murdock, I'm in possession of some fascinating information regarding your nighttime activities. Interested?"
IIW: Sagas
Parker! I'm laughing at "Pictures of Spiderman" honestly. Good card name and card type. Bit of a meme card of course. Uncover the Identity I think is a deceptive amount of strength on a cantrippy card. 2MV seems right.

Shadowcat 1
This gnores "can't play" and destroy effects.
Power : 2
Hank Pym 0.5
(You keep fractional energy between turns.)
Power: 2
Avalanche 5
Average your power at each location
Power: 9
Human Cannonball 3
Play this over any zone. If it lands on a card, destroy it.
Power: 3
Rules: Human Cannoball is not played on a slot, rather, to a general location at either side. A glowing target appears over those 4 slots. After cards are revealed, the glowing target zooms into a random slot in that location. Human Cannonball arrives at that slot. If occupied, it destroys the card there, then occupies that slot if able.
Ah... Well... I guess we can look at these.
A 1 that can dodge killmonger would be great. Also having another bonus feels like too much.
Not sure how fractional energy would work unless there's multiple cards that use/generate it. If you have 2 fractional energy (meaning, 1 total) does that become a "normal" energy and thus get used up? Does sunspot get +.5? She-hulk reduced by .5?
Avalanche is actually already an upcoming card (Living Tribunal)
I have some questions about cannonball, largely centered around whether i can give this to my opponent to blow up their things.

Gacha-Tron
Artifact Creature – Construct (R)
When ~ enters the battlefield, exile the top card of target player's library.
When ~ leaves the battlefield, put all cards exiled with it into their owner's hands.
~ gets +1/+1 for each card you own in exile.
0/1
IIW: Chaotic wincons
Well, this is pretty true, yeah.
Is there a reason I would ever exile somebody else's card with this?

Thanos, the Mad Titan 2WUBRG
Legendary Creature — Giant Warrior (M)
Megacompanion—Shuffle Mox Emerald, Mox Jet, Mox Pearl, Mox Sapphire, Mox Ruby, and Sol Ring into your starting deck.
(You may cast this card once from outside the game. You can't have any other cards in your sideboard.)
Haste
Whenever you cast a spell with a name originally printed in the
Limited Edition Alpha set, if Thanos, the Mad Titan is in your sideboard or on the battlefield, draw a card.
10/10
IIW: Cards that care about specific sets
So, look. I had to spend a bit of time researching this. Considering that this turns stuff like
Dark Ritual into the most broken card ever, we can skip Vintage and Legacy entirely and move straight to Modern. What does this do in Modern? Surprisingly, quite a bit. Do you know how much mana Lightning Bolt + draw a card goes for? (check out
Ember Shot) White and black are reasonably empty, though
Wrath of God + draw a card is sweet (not to mention Disenchant). Green, having both BOP and Llanowar Elves, looks fruitful. However, those sickos at WOTC put Counterspell into modern, and that has to take the cake. There's actually a decent Merfolk deck here with that,
Merfolk of the Pearl Trident and
Lord of Atlantis, plus
Unsummon. Heck, I'll throw a
Psionic Blast in there as well. Dark horse deck? Turbofog. You get Wrath, as already mentioned, plus
Fog and
Howling Mine. All of that said, no way this would be legal in that format anyway. I just had to look.

Alucard, Sanguine Conqueror 3BB
Legendary Creature - Vampire Warrior (R)
Flying
If your life total would be reduced to 0 or less while Alucard doesn't have a counter on it, instead discard a card at random and your life total becomes equal to that card's mana value. Put a lifelink counter on Alucard.
4/4
The Eradicator
Legendary Artifact Creature - Construct (R)
Prototype
3BBB — 8/8
(You may cast this spell with different mana cost, color, and size. It keeps its abilities and types.)
Annihilator 3
(Whenever this creature attacks, defending player sacrifices three permanents.)
If The Eradicator is black, it has Self-Annihilator 3.
(Whenever this creature attacks, attacking player sacrifices three permanents.)
15/15
IIW: go to infinite
Alucard is fun. I want this to be a mythic (and you could probably make it stronger in some way to compensate) but the moment of tension for that discard would be exciting, i think.
THE ERADICATOR probably wants or needs a "if you cast it" kind of restriction, unfortunately. We don't need MORE annihilating dudes getting cheated out.
we'll go with Juancu
