the only 100% bad thing to come out of the switch to C for the colorless mana symbol is having to refer to double-saturated multicolor costs as being MMNN. CCDD is just aesthetically better

I think you mean, "Whenever Dire Street Daredevil crews a Vehicle, that Vehicle gets...etc," based on other Pilots. Cause I think that, as worded, the Daredevil itself would get the boosts.

You already called out fuse, which this is more or less identical to. I think you're trying to have this NOT be a split card, but I think you would need to from a legibility perspective. I'm thinking about how cleave kind of looks... ugly. This might be confusing without clear physical boundaries on a card. Make a mockup.

I like some of these a lot, others less so. Agent is my favorite. It's strong, demands an answer, and has (some) protection. Juggler on the other hand is wildly strong. If you've played against Kuldotha Flamefiend you'll have an idea of just how good this ability is. Having it for cheaper and with no additional sacrifice needed pushes this into Rare territory, IMO. Mournsharer is probably fine. I don't like distributing cards around and I'd probably want to give some more beef to the base card to make up for that. And Extinguish, again, probably undercosted.

I want to streamline this ability somehow. Permanent card prevents you from going infinite with, say, Time Warp, but I'd still be concerned about repetitive gameplay with creatures or artifacts that can sacrifice themselves. You might want to do something like: "Instead of drawing your first card each turn, exile the top card of your library. You may return a permanent card that shares a type with the exiled card from your graveyard to your hand. If you don't, put the exiled card into your hand." That way you are seeing a fresh card each turn. This is me taking the position that repetitive gameplay is bad, by the way.

Oh boy, this gets real mean real fast. The base body is not very big, though, and it will largely have a period of vulnerability when you cast it the first time. Probably fair? I'd like to test it. I didn't actually play any Capenna so I don't know how crazy shield counters are, but I did hear things.

Cute. I might also want this to be an exile situation for memory issues, though in paper it's not so bad (just leave the card face up if you're going to cast it). Interesting colors for this. Correct colors, but blue isn't the color where you might expect to maximize this ability. I like that. The basic land clause balances this but also adds a lot of tension for deckbuilding. This might be the kind of card that wants some soft protection to prevent you from getting absolutely blown out in combat by a doom blade.

I was like "wait, isn't that a card name already?" but then realized the pun. Good stuff. I like this as a vehicles signpost uncommon. Strong on its own, maximized when you can turn a vehicle in a bruiser.

Haha, I will in fact not grant you the win for a card that forces us to address whether or not a Disenchant can be a win condition. But I like the creativity and dedication here. You could probably turn these ideas into fun and exciting cards.

This doesn't actually fit the prompt, as we wanted cards that ONLY cost MMNN. Adding a generic takes it out of range. However, we'll still evaluate. This is probably undercosted considering that it makes combat impossible for your opponent. I think it is a printable card, it just needs to cost more or otherwise have some sort of cost.

My hotfix on players being artifacts is that Naturalize and co. destroy artifact permanents, and players aren't permanents, soooo..... The more obvious fix would be to change the abilities to reference enchanted players, but a) It's difficult to disambiguate between "the particular player this enchantment is attached to" versus "any player that has an Aura attached to them" - quite the functional difference! - and b) I didn't want these to synergize with Curses, and and c) it's meant to tie in with a more mechanical/cyberpunk flavor, like Neo Kamigawa but aimed at players, not creatures.

I was trying some mechanics for a western plane. So I tried rules for dueling creatures, but nothing congealed, even using extra rules a la dungeon. But I moved some concepts around, and I like this one. Sure, it allows the opponent to filter (like clash, but didn't we love when the opponent allowed us to fix mana?) but they get hit if they discard a land (or they may not have a land.) Meanwhile, hitting is actual advantage. And the opponent loses card quality for the endgame, if they defend too well.

Set the Table seems like an interesting piece that requires a bit of planning to minimize its drawback. Presumably the "set" in the cardname is from "setting on fire."

IIW: planar concepts
While the mechanic itself is interesting, I don't feel framing it as gunslinging is the best mechanic/flavor meld here. Perhaps something more broad, like "compete/contest"?

T: Add one mana of any color.
When you play another card of the chosen type for the first time in a turn, untap Dazzling Ring.

Note: Use of the word "play" feels odd, but it's the only term that can apply to every card type.

IIW: Time has passed, and a character once depicted as young is now old.
Specialize seems interesting, but also the sort of thing that can only appear as a one-off in a supplemental product. Of these, the Witch seems to the best implementation. The others feels a little too broad and prone to being staples. Great names all around though.
