Thought about isle is to make it akin to fetchlands. By the one life. But the mana investment would make it not a strictly better card as you have to pay both every time you want to swap it around to another color.

What I was aiming for was something like a land and Mirror Entity blend. Since it's ability is x, and x is often all the lands you control it feels fitting.. White for entity green for lands matter kinda thing.
