Charyu-Teben enters the battlefield tapped.
As long as Charyu-Teben is untapped, whenever another permanent is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, its controller returns that permanent to the battlefield. Put a number of -1/-1 counters on Charyu-Teben equal to that permanent's mana value plus 1.
