While I do like
shrieking mogg, I think
thundermare is probably a reasonable upgrade considering your commander.
If you're after etb/entering the redzone, why cards like below?
None of these trigger on etb during combat and ilharg won't help them, either. If you barf up your hand pretty quickly, then cards that might help would be :
abbot of keral keep (if you need lower cmc)
dockside extortionist (pretty darned good)
direfleet daredevil (I hear your opponents cards are often pretty awesome)
(exile a problematic card from one opponent, help another opponent, take your pick)
(actually makes a pretty solid personal howling mine-red style)
skyline despot (see above)

It's a mixed bag, some awesome, some questionable. Some are high cmc and are really only useable with your commander. Others are lower cmc and are good on their own.
