Such a card would nearly warp Standard, there's no doubt in my mind. Baneslayer Angel is comparable, but at least BSA fell to Doom Blade. The defensive capability of lifelink and vigilance are obviously not the same, but vigilance AND high toughness protect your life total effectively in a different way. (N.B. With Tolarian Academy mana Morphling may as well have had infinite toughness, but 7 is still big enough to generally not be able to be attacked into.)
