As long as your devotion to white and black is less than 10, Absolute Radiance isn't a creature.
At the beginning of each end step, you may create a Dreamers Essence token and attach it to a permanent. (It's a white black Aura enchantment with enchant permanent and "Enchanted creature is goaded.")
Whenever a permanent enchanted with a Dreamers Essence would leave the battlefield, you may pay {W/B}{W/B}{W/B}. If you do, gain control of that permanent instead.
How fickle my ancestors must have been. They forsook the light that spawned them. Turned their backs to it... Forgot it even. And so this kingdom was born from that betrayal.
