Whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, sacrifice artifacts equal to exactly it's toughness. If you do, create a Cursed Role token attatched to that creature.(Enchanted creature is a 1/1.)

This seems pretty weak for what it does. It gives a very efficient draw spell to each opponent, but just gives you 1 treasure. It can be a cool political card though, but maybe reduce the draw to just drawing one additional card, and making 2 treasures if they accept the offer.
