At the beginning of your upkeep, you may tap target creature you control and put a +1/+1 counter on it and another target creature. If you do, you discard a card, then draw two cards.
Blocking creatures you control get -1/-1.
Sometimes, you just gotta take a break, let loose, and party like the world isn't ending. Or is ending. Whatever's more fun.
