Put a legendary creature from a command zone or graveyard onto the battlefiled under your control until Rejuvenation Tank leaves the battlefield. It can't attack, block, crew vehicles, and loses all abilities until Rejuvenation Tank leaves the battlefield.
Whenever an opponent's commander deals damage to you, they may choose to destroy Rejuvenation Tank.

But I'm not sure what this card is supposed to do? You get your commander out, but it leaves when this leaves? Maybe make some changes here. It doesn't really do much as is.
