That first line of text is far too specific for this to be any good. Amazing flavor, horrible balance. The cycling mitigates this only by a little bit. I'd change it to:

"This spell may be cast only if you control no creatures as this spell resolves." Still keeps the flavor of no one seeing it, while also still being usable.

As you could tell by my desperate attempt to balance it with cycling, I was at a loss of what to do with this card.

I made it one or less because no one is gonna believe it exists if only one person sees it...
