Enchantment

When this spell is cast and once again on your turn before your draw step each player starting on your left may chose to inspire madness. When a player inspires madness they draw until they have 9 cards in their hand and you search your library for a enchantment with a converted mana cost equal to or less than the amount of cards that player drew and place it in your hand After each players draw step they take 1 damage for each card they have over their maximum hand size.
