-1: Target opponent chooses "Pain" or "Gain", then you exile the top card of your library. If "Pain" was chosen, Tibalt deals damage to that player equal to the card's mana value. If "Gain" was chosen, you may play that card until the end of your next turn.

-X: Gain control of target creature with mana value X or less until end of turn. Untap it. It gains haste and "When this creature dies, it deals 1 damage to any target" until end of turn.
