Creatures you control are on a grid. (Choose their positions as this enters or they enter. You can't move them otherwise. It uses orthogonal adjacency.)

Each creature you control that is ajacent to two or more creatures gets +1/+1. If that creature is adjacent to four or more creatures, it has indestructible.
