Whenever you would discard a card, instead exile it under Obsper, Slytail. You may cast cards exiled this way. If Obsper leaves the battlefield, send all cards exiled under Obsper to the graveyard.

When Obsper dies, create X 1/1 Fox artifact creatures that has “When this creature dies, draw 1 card”, where X is equal to each color of Foxes you control.
