A dark grey mist spreads through the peaceful Plane of Spreading Horizons, twisting mana itself. The lands containing this mana become difficult to traverse; vines spreading through forests, and sludge deepening swamps. Chatterfang, a revered general among the abnormally intelligent squirrels of this realm, becomes the king of his people. Omenpaths around the Multiverse bring people to the plane, and they are entranced by its beauty. Some say the mist is sentient, and that it is drawing the people here to build some kind of army. Dakkon, wielder of the Blackblade, is investigating these claims, exploring the mist. All that is certain, a lot is happening. And nobody knows what will result.
