At the beginning of your upkeep, you may remove any number of +1+1 counters from Sharuk. For each three counters removed this way, create a 0/3 green Sapproling Forest creature land token with "This permanent can't be tapped for mana."

Whenever you sacrifice a Forest, put a +1+1 counter on Sharuk.
