{1}{G}: Deal 2 damage to target creature an opponent controls with flying. It loses flying until end of turn.
{1}{W}: Target creature an opponent controls loses all activated and triggered abilities until end of turn.
{1}{U}: Target creature an opponent controls does not untap during its controller’s next untap step.

Is tapping not an appropriate way to make it so only one ability gets activated?
The abilities want to be used in conjunction with attacking. For example, you pay 1G to kill/make a blocker lose flying so you can get in for three in the air. (And I know flying on a mono-green card is weird, but its a cycle like they do sometimes with dragons.)
