Sacrifice Coin of Rortama: Search your library for a creature card with power less than the number of coin counters on Coin of Rortama and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library.

I would definitely recommend swapping from searching for "power" to "converted mana cost", or otherwise find a way to restrict it. As it currently is, you can cast it for and immediately sacrifice it for a Cytospawn Shambler or Phantom Nishoba, etc.

If you removed the "more to activate" and it searched for CMC, then I think it would be quite a powerful fetch that ends up more balanced.
