Sheezus! I get that sorcery-speed "Destroy target tapped creature" is WAY less good than that same effect at instant speed, but is this the best one-mana removal printed in a long time? The best sorcery-speed removal? The kicked "mode" looks really strong AND this card brings the options!
Damn, though I do view the sorcery speed as an issue.
I can see this getting played in Commander. It looks quite strong even though it is a sorcery.
