This is an oracle-wide discussion for all card printings and versions.
A lot of potential here. I mean, it is a worse Sun Titan no matter how you slice it, but still, a lot of potential.
The primary issue with this card is that it would suck as a commander. For it to be good, you basically need to run a five color deck, and even then it's not that good.
You could try to make it fit in just BG, but there are only three cards that really get you there.
