Well, if you are willing to download something, MSE (Magic Set Editor) has pretty much every template imaginable, including level up cards and d20 I believe, although you may have to download the templates separately for the dnd ones.

Battle Frames are live in the CCC Creator.
Single side, DFCs with front and/or back battles, etc.
