The BIG cards are super mythics, right?

I wanted this card to be good. Sigh. At least you can target yourself.

Powerstones are just not it. Small plus that you can use them for activated abilities as well as artifacts…but when they re-make Nature's Claim (like STP->PTE), I sure hope we get a Treasure instead of a Powerstone token.

Obeka and Ghired, for sure. Kellen cheats on mana too easily.

Yeah, this set is warped. Every green creature should cost two mana more.

Also, the set promotes casting spells and has excellent enemy-dual legends? Strixhaven 2.0 is pretty great.

I'd probably use Necrosynthesis over it. Bonus points for casting it on an opponent's high-power creature that is going to bite it soon.

(I likely would use Tarrian's Soulcleaver over either.)

Demonic Ruckus is an outstanding T1 play for an aggro general that already has haste.

The squirrels not being surprise blockers always bugged me from a use standpoint; it remains a fair-costed card.

I am probably using Return to Nature then Turn the Earth in this slot instead.

Giving all opponents the chance to stop it is really bad. If you could choose the opponent? If you got to draw a card first? Maybe a bit better. I really just see it as a slow and bad discard outlet. I love the Wild West. Something about seeing…fewer humans, more critters really felt like a good change-up.

I just saw some of the newer artwork for Bloomburrow, and I no longer care about Thunder Gun Express anymore.

Blood tokens require mana and a hand to use. This guy had lots of potential and wasted all of it.

"Count each ability only once" is lame, too. "Creatures you control have haste"--SWEET, five blood tokens or whatever would have been great (and different)!

Is it okay in elementals or kicker.dec? The biggest draw for me is Ron's art.

Obosh, the Preypiercer gets okay use out of it. I might have cut Pestilent Spirit from that deck, but that spirit played well with FC as well.

My buddy's Yarok landfall deck used it. I think he could have used the slot better, but six life at a time became insurmountable quickly.

Feather 2.0 is different.
It's not like we aren't getting new angles. It's just that they push out so many legends now that they have to use the default most of the time.

Plus you have to make things unique in your own way. Kellan 1.0 Curses is great fun.
