Re: Zendikar III

Re: Zendikar III

Re: MTG Needs New Leadership and Why Mark Rosewater (MaRo) Should Step Down

@Guardman well said

if someone asked me if I read id tell them no. if someone asked me if I read Mark Rosewater Id say almost every word since he started his article on the magic website since its origin. it would be a crushing blow to find that he isn't for the people.

Re: Zendikar III

one thing I guess, that they really haven't done before is explore the natural native creatures (and their respective skill set per the rare tree) you have cards like Felidar Sovereign which seem to really compliment Ikoria. but the non Eldrazi were essentially iconic behemoths (angels, dragons, tri...

Re: Buying Staples

in these trying times I look to try and keep spending the same as I have always been on magic and magic related things. and it seems now is my time to try and fill old holes in decks that I have been trying to build over the years. staples are the hardest to rationalize because they cost so much on ...

Re: Buying Staples

looking at prices (today like right meow) I think your in the clear for the eye. you can get a few lower prices but that grading means a lot. and im starting to think you have a deck that your friends probably do not enjoy playing. haha now force of will. . .this is a classic staple. . .and I would ...

Re: Buying Staples

Casters Master I think what your saying is you WILL seek this card because its a staple, on the reserved list and is a great magic card. yes, you make sure that thing is authenticated, blue booked, carfaxed, and all that. then you take it home and hang it just next to where you hung your family por...

Re: Buying Staples

im not sure im one to speak but I am one to promote the conversation. as someone who wants all the cards. ill say this, nothing beats an original print. I think (if I may) that you fear that this card could see a reprint, thus depleting your investment. so is there any speculation that this card wil...

oh man SquirrelToken im on the same boat as you. well not exactly or whatever but at least the pros and cons I know its past now. and im sorry I missed this post. I weighted the pros and cons for myself and I came up with 2 of the (one with ballista). I just couldn't rationalize the bundle, consider...

Re: Full M21 Gallery Up

as far as core sets go im impressed I suppose. they really have been getting better at understanding the role of core sets. tenth edition will always be my favorite core (aside from revised where I started) but this one has a similar feel of nostalgia and generally cool cards. . .but im someone look...

oh man paper magic the sorting. . .when you buy a pack and sift back to the rare, take it home and watch your collection absorb it like the pack never existed. honestly top notch scenario is sitting around a bunch of binders full of sets and a couple awesome folks and just let the good times roll. ....

considering how much practice they have at core sets. . . and they really pulling at the heartstrings with Alpine Houndmaster and its boi's . . . unless your a cat person (lol) it may not be competitive, but I'm building a pioneer dog deck with him and his dogs for the fun of it. Re: [M21] Kaervek, the Spiteful - The Magic Arcanum preview

im a little grindy about this kaervek because I really like the time spiral Kaervek the Merciless and I like it if they stay on direction which in this case would be damage on spells. I mean the lower costed writes itself, RB Kaervek, each spell does damage equal to its controller equal to the cmc h...

considering how much practice they have at core sets. . . hitting the tropes close to my heart with Treefolk and a decent goblin Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse is looking good for green in my opinion and im digging that cheaply costed red dragon. and they really pulling at the heartstrings with Alpine Ho...

Re: Meaningful reprints and Core 2021

im not sure I have anything worth saying but want to promote the dialog wizards really has found a way to make core sets relevant. there was a time when core sets were just shunned on a level. but that seems to be not the case anymore. ill always support the printing of a card I don't have or wasn't...

It's a representation of her time at Keral Keep in Regatha. The card is originally from M14. ok I knew that the card itself had a tie in with Chandra, and it makes sense having it in this cause its a popping card, but the dude art is a little off putting lol. now you may ask is this making elementa...

well I let it go by. I just could not justify it, I mean, the ink moth nexus is worth it and a staple in infect. but I just couldn't wrap my head around the rest. I have all those cards in original or tertiary print, and they are good cards, but not sure I want to bling these specific cards if I hav...
