There's not a lot of value in debating the definition of fair. We all should have learned by now from MTGS, it won't go anywhere.

Even Jund and Humans cheats, with BBE and Vial. It is a very rare thing for a deck to be ACTUALLY fair, and competitive in Modern.

We dont have Wasteland. I believe its that card that drives most of the utility out of Wrenn in Legacy, on top of what it does to Fetch's.

Breaks are temporary and easily corrected. Lets imagine 10 months ago SFM was unbanned and did....exactly nothing but pad a few people's pockets.

I wanted a shake up of Modern. If Jund returns to Tier 1, and UW is Tier 1, then I'll consider the 'just wait for WAR and Horizons' a success.

It does, but if given the choice, I would take more Modern Horizon's and the shake up that introduced, instead of a few unban's of cards that would almost certainly do nothing.
