Re: [C19] Wall of Stolen Identity and Pramikon Sky Rampart
Blogatog had a lot of requests for a Legendary Wall, for whatever reason. So here it is, for that vocal group. I probably would have made it UW so that Arcades fans could use it in the 99, but frankly, I'm not the target audience, so it is what it is. Perhaps this is what those people wanted for all...

Re: [C19] Empowered Autogenerator (TCGplayer)
I think the idea is to discount its casting cost with things like Etherium Sculptor and get it out early, then build into more mana. Or proliferate into more mana, or both.

Re: [C19] Morph deck list dump
Lands are alright, but this one is a very hard pass for me. I can't stand Morph and honestly the only new card I've liked for far is thought sponge.

Re: [C19] Thought Sponge (Cassius Marsh)
A card I want at last. Unfortunately won't survive whelming wave, but does expand my suite of sea creatures. I'll need to see how to work this into my decks.

Re: [C19] Apex Altisaur, Vraska the Unseen reprint (GLHF)
Dinosaur is pretty neat. But I do wish sea monsters got cards in such a quality and volume as Dinos have in recent years... kinda fatigued at seeing so many options that now the Gishath deck has quite a few competing for space in the deck. It's a similar issue for Dragons. This Vraska. Eh. The morph...

Re: [C19] Commander '19 Preview Panels Thread
I love that the panel mentioned Arixmethes and sea monster tribal. Here's to hoping this year throws sea monsters another new toy. Another member would be nice. I'm counting on return to Theros for some Appropriate support though. Come On new whelming wave. Need More rewards for sticking with the th...

Re: [C19] Commander '19 Preview Panels Thread
I'm really not feeling it this year. The most exciting thing for me was the exceptional quality of Gerrard's new art, which I do admire. Ideally he will be mono-white. Decks based on mechanics was never going to intrigue me as a Vorthos, and if they did, the mechanics would have had to be something ...

Re: Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle: Do Not Disturb
Another Arixmethes deck :D While my preference for Arixmethes is to play thematic sea creatures and an exploration theme, this is a more streamlined way of playing him. I do love landfall strategies though, but I can understand focusing more on bounce. It always pains me not to see more sea creatur...

Re: ELD- Eldraine story and plane
I love the fact Kate Elliott is back. She did phenomenal work on the Bolas origin arc. I am very pleased to see her return. Not happy that the free online stories are no longer accessible. But I've always found Godsend to be worthwhile and loved it, so I can see myself purchasing material from this ...

Re: [ELD] Rosewater Panel at SDCC
I really hope we get more Little Mermaid cards, including an Ursula variant. I also anticipate a Beauty and the Beast, so I am really hoping for a Belle variant, she is my favorite Disney Princess alongside everyone's favorite, Cinderella. And honestly, if there's no Cinderella and her Prince, I wil...

Re: [ELD] Chulane, Teller of Tales & Arcane Signet
I... was not expecting spoilers already. Arcane Signet will be coveted in Commander for sure. Chulane is amazing, and I am thrilled to see a Bant legend that facilitates my Ephara deck but adds Green to it, which I have been considering for some time! I do wish he had been a Human Wizard rather than...

Re: Fall set Name revealed at SDCC
The art is exactly what I want it to be. I wanted them to be resonant and I'm thrilled it's transparent. Some of us actually want 1:1 correlation with the trope and the cards. Being "creative" for the sake of it is so overrated. I want to see the artistic interpretations of these tropes, h...

Re: [ELD] Rosewater Panel at SDCC
The artwork previewed is absolutely stunning. This set isn't just looking like a perfect capture of a theme I have been yearning to see (Fairy Tales and Camelot/Medieval) but it's actually doing it beautifully. This art genuinely feels like it belongs in a game named Magic. I just love when we get s...

Re: Fall set Name revealed at SDCC
I wish Aminatou had intriguing limitations to her power. For example, it's an ability that fades with age as she matures. And her quest may eventually become reversing the loss of her touch on the magic. That as long as she's a child with youthful, negligible desires, her power over fate is vast, bu...

Decks
I noticed when the forum first went up that decks were displayed in a more organized fashion, with a layout similar to MTGS. Now the decks all post in one vertical list instead, which isn't as neat. Could we go back to deck lists being spread out a bit horizontally instead of all in one column? Than...
