I think its pretty good. And my guess is that you won't face that many players with it, so its often just you drawing a card. Obviously if you got the funds, there are better, but its still pretty good.

27 lands is pretty damn low and you got quite expensive cards manawise, I myself run 37 lands atm because I have a few lesser mana rocks (no mana crypt) than Rasputin.
