I am running Imprisoned in the moon in the deck already with great success, it has been very effective in other decks I have.

Disallow could be a good solution in the control suite - I do have a spare copy so might consider this as an option thanks!

Damn, that's a tough meta. I back my decks but Narset isn't easy to go up against. I fully support any tricks you have to keep Narset down, especially if it's extra turns.dec. That deck is pretty obnoxious. Sure is tough. We actually have a few issues in our playgroup at the moment with 'arms race'...

Yeh the main reason for Render is because we have a Narset deck in our meta so it does well against the infinite turns etc.

I use Muddle the Mixture as one of my counter spell effects in my Varina deck. It is limited to countering only instants and sorceries however it doubles as a tutor for Cyclonic Rift.

Render Silent and Counterspell are my 2 other counter spell cards in the deck.
