It falls into the same category of Zendikar Resurgent , where it's a 6 mana value engine, which would normally make it pretty bad, but when it's this good, it ends up being worth the price. Having said that, as someone that generally prefers to make mean, lean decks, I'm not likely to ever play this...

I still confuse UB and UW for Dimir and Azorious, then need to reread the sentence.

Draws cards in a white way, and can be paired with artifact synergies to make it more interesting. Haven't seen it in play yet, but I like it.

Sudden Setback and Commit // Memory are better versions of the first option. Theoretically, the Shock is supposed to replace the CA disadvantage of the first option, but Shock's aren't very reliable.

I like your thinking but maybe if Aradesh has more colours, at least [sym=w][sym=g] because mono-white is so hard to make work when the commander requires a lot of support to become a threat as a Voltron. I also haven't really seen this cat around, conceptually, I think the mechanic is neat, and while I don't much care for spell slinger, this is a much more interesting payoff. Additionally, I suspect that simply trying to combo with it is a much better use of this card than using it fairly.

I think it's just okay, Voyaging Satyr is already a pretty bad card unless lands like Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth , Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx , or Gaea's Cradle are a core plan for your deck. Why do we call it a sac outlet, not a sac enabler? Sac outlet sounds like something else is doing the saccing, and the outlet is providing the payoff.

Furnace Celebration should be a sac outlet, Phyrexian Altar should be a sac enabler.
