It was a non-foil promo pack from my local game store. One slot (I am told) is a wildcard slot which is why non MKM cards are showing up.

Hello! I attended the Ravnica Clue Edition release and received a foil gold bordered release edition of Lavinia, Foil to Conspiracy. The site does not currently have that card listed on the collection tracker so I am hoping a site moderator will see this and add the card!
