It looks like Surge Foils from Warhammer 40k don't show up in the collection to add as Foil. Examples are Kill! Maim! Burn! , Necron Deathmark , and Callidus Assassin Added. There was an update on scryfall I missed. The surge foils have a ★ in their collector number ( Callidus Assassin is 147★)
