Forget about Limited, this card sees play in Legacy and Modern.

My comment about limited was more of a statement about why it was upshifted to rare.

I still think it has a fair bit of juice in 60x4 constructed formats.

Early Harvest is a card, for sure. If people can be mana positive after Brass's Bounty, they can be mana positive on this.

I still like this card for ramp decks, but it's often difficult to see how you're going to pay 7, and then start playing stuff. If it goes unanswered, you can definitely go wild, but I find it has to be the thing you ramp into, and drawing it late often makes it dead unless you're sandbagging a lot.
