I've never seen this not get invalidated by random crap. Mana rocks and dorks, sometimes winding up kingmaking by stopping interaction in another players turn. Trash. Might play in a mono g enchantress I guess.

I can't help but wonder if a few mana dorks with keywords wouldn't be worth considering;

I don't ever maintain more than one mono color of each color. Just too samey for me, even if the gameplan is different. I'll make whatever two color decks as much as I feel though, they can be quite distinct

This card seems like it probably has awful play patterns. That's a lot of mana for removal, and if you hit someone with a big grip who isn't blue they'll probably be encouraged to empty their mitt in response -- and if they're blue, they're forced to counterspell it. Awkward.

I had an idea I wanted to note; I think this deck could be done with Skybind as the engine in a Bant shell. blinking Serra's Sanctum or Gaea's Cradle would let you go bananas with Thrasios, Triton Hero 's ability making lands which trigger field.
