I don't ever maintain more than one mono color of each color. Just too samey for me, even if the gameplan is different. I'll make whatever two color decks as much as I feel though, they can be quite distinct

This card seems like it probably has awful play patterns. That's a lot of mana for removal, and if you hit someone with a big grip who isn't blue they'll probably be encouraged to empty their mitt in response -- and if they're blue, they're forced to counterspell it. Awkward.

Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd Looking pretty strong honestly. Not that many 2 cmc recruiterable flash dudes who can trigger in your main every turn with another body. Can even reset planeswalkers and retrigger map and such. Cool card.
