It's certainly a playable planeswalker, but seems underwhelming for 5 mana. It's kind of like Vraska the Unseen. For 1 more mana you get Sorin Markov and can make an opponent have 10 life.

I feel like Oversold Cemetery is just better.

I guess you could use Harmless Offering to give this to an opponent though.
