4/5 This is a very powerful card. It's a bit situational so I'm downgrading it a bit, however exiling instead of countering is well worth the cost. If you are playing against combo this card is invaluable. Exiling their combo piece after they tutor or ramp or bait your own counterspell feels like gold.
