I don't think it will get banned... Probably. Besides being stupid for summoning a commander and only the commander, this has a host of issues with possible combos.

Unfortunately I don't think it will be banned so far based on the RC Discord.

I'm moving to house ban the card in my playgroup.

1/ I wish it said "spend this mana only to cast a spell from the command zone" so that it was more compatible with future ideas. Cos Commander's big right now it doesn't entirely stand out as a crazy niche ability but there'll be a time when this card looks like Fractured Powerstone.

2/ It's too good and it being downplayed by people who see it as another step towards total gleeful goldfishing is maddening
