More seriously, I could see this being used with "enters with counters" creatures.

A recent comment made by MaRo seems to indicate that these "frog people" are an actual, but very rare, species from the plane of Innistrad, rather than someone transmuted by magic.

I do not know if that is correct or just MaRo being funny.
